1.Cleaning of glass inside and out. 2.Changing out Embers and touch up painting inside and sides of fireplace if needed. 3. Cleaning bottom and top of fireplace by vacuuming. 4.Foil taping gaps or holes in bottom of fireplace best we can. (Helps with drafts and spiders.) 5. Cleaning and examining pilot assembly and ignitor. (Helps with quicker startups when turning on the fireplace.) 6. Clean dust and debris from the screen and touch up paint if needed. 7. Gas Leak Test. 8. Co2 Leak Test. 9. Outside Termination Check.

$225.00 cleaning and Service for a small fireplace $199.00 for small additional fireplaces or $250.00 cleaning and service for medium fireplace or $300.00 for cleaning and service large fireplace.
