In my 6 years of service working for a major fireplace company in the Northwest, I would clean 7 fireplaces a day as well as set them up, light them off and install accessories for new construction and customer lived in homes. I know the detail that needs to be done to make a fireplace look great. Something that I promised to continue to do after leaving that Major fireplace company for my own company was to "ALWAYS COMMUNICATE WITH MY CUSTOMERS AND TREAT THEM WITH RESPECT."
